I understand both the hard side of implementation projects (systems, processes, …) and the soft side (people, their needs and pain points).

For the last year and a half I have helped new users of GlobalView (an SAP HCM/Payroll based solution) to handle the new system. Beforehand I helped people increase their personal productivity and improve remote team collaboration with the support of MS 365 tools.

I have 7 years of experience as a consultant of TASW (SAP, b2industry) and software development, and an additional 6 years of experience as a consultant in HR development.

Besides skills related to software implementation (requirements and business process analysis, solution design, etc.), I can rely on strong soft skills (training, coaching, mentoring) to help end users adopt newly implemented systems and IT tools.
